As we are in the midst of an unprecedented time in our lives, we at TOQi HQ want to assure you that we are taking every precaution to ensure that we are part of the solution and are keeping you, our valued friends, safe.
Since last week, our staff have all been working from home and maintaining social distancing, leaving only for essentials (groceries and weed, of course).
All of your orders of TOQi, whether the 510 battery, the Wireless Charging Pad, or the Wireless Power Bank, will be fulfilled on time. We are sanitizing the product boxes with disinfectant and wearing gloves while packaging. We do recommend that you maintain your own sanitizing habits, such as washing your hands with soap and water after handling packaging. Please note that we are far from healthcare experts so please follow any safety guidelines issued by your respective health departments.
“As cannabis use is on the rise during Covid according to this survey conducted by TVAPE…” many dispensaries in our home Canada and the U.S, remain open for pick-up and delivery as local officials recognize the benefits of cannabis during this pandemic. You can still order from many retail stores in your location, and several cities continue to operate online delivery.
